Most of the sports close to movements arts require many different athletic skills. This makes the training various and very individual because every body brings another skill set. We aim to train coordination, strength, endurance, mobility and balance. Depending on the respective circumstances we combine the exercises with running, hanging or jumping. The training always contains a playful aspect.
